Laurie was an amazing broker to work with. I have known Laurie for a while and had previous professional interactions with her that gave me plenty evidence of her knowledge, experience, efficiency and communication skills. Communication skills were extremely important in this case because this was a sale of a rental property with a sitting tenant. The transaction required tact, diplomacy, persistence, and above all kind patience, all character traits that you do not find that easily bundled with such grace and always a big smile. I would use Laurie again and again and again and keep recommending her to potential clients.

Laurie is very personable and was very open and honest about the condition and value of my mother's house, which I trust appreciated. She is very easy to talk to and was extremely patient and knowledgeable with all of my many questions. I live on the opposite side of the country and Laure was in constant communication with me. Laurie was a pleasure to work with on the sale of our property. We felt that she was willing to list a rural property 50 miles from Albuquerque which we believed was a hard property to sell. She had to deal with the property being a manufactured home. It also had a septic system, well water with meters, water rights,farming land, road maintenance and covenant agreements. It had been listed previously with very few showings. Laurie's confidence helped us believe that she could sell our property. In addition to her confidence close friends of ours highly recommended her. She worked hard. The flyer she prepared was outstanding. She listened to our thoughts on the selling points of our home. When we finished the transaction, we felt that we have not only gained a realtor that we would use again and recommend to others (which we have) but a friend. Needless to say selling your home is stressful but Laurie made us feel that she was the one who would do the worrying. She had our backs.

I used Laurie twice, once to purchase my house and once to sell. It took me three summers to find a house in New Mexico, but she was always patient and seemed to be eager to pick up the job when I arrived. Although details are sometimes difficult to keep up with, she was far better than the realtors I have dealt with in other states. I will miss working with her. She is always fun.
